This can be breezy or contemplative depending on the topic. Problem solving and resilience consulting is typically done with individuals, however, the option exists for relationship dynamic sessions. In both cases, the session looks at the energetic dynamics of behaviour and experience and coming to new understandings to explore about the energetic nature of the individual and/or the relationship. These sessions tend to be quite lighthearted and inspiring, don't be surprised if you laugh a lot and shed a tear or two. It's a heart wide open experience. This isn't therapy. It's tangible, practical understanding with a variety of tools to incorporate into daily life. What do you need to bring? Curiosity and an open mind. Really want to dial it in so you can fine-tune your experience? You'll need to have your SolePath measured.
